Lewis T. McFadden (Chairman of the House Banking Commission, U.S. Congressman): "We have in this country one of the most corrupt institutions the world has ever known. Malove (U.S. Senator from Nevada): When speaking before Congress in 1957, he alluded as follows to the families that secretly own the Federal Reserve Bank and control the finances of the U.S.: "I believe that if the people of this nation fully understood what Congress has done to them over the past 49 years, they would move on Washington, they would not wait for an election.., it adds up to a preconceived plan to destroy the economic and social independence of the U.S."
Baron M. A. Rothschild: "Give me control over a nation's currency and I care not who makes it's laws." "Whoever controls the volume of money in any country is master of ALL its legislation and commerce."
Zblgniew Brzeninski (National Security Advisor to Carter and four other presidents, Executive Director of the Tri-Lateral Commission): "The Technetronic era involves the gradual appearance of a more controlled society. Such a society would be dominated by an elite, unrestrained by traditional values." Peter Hoagland (Nebraska State Senator): On a radio program in 1983, he stated: "Fundamental, Bible-believing people do not have the right to indoctrinate their children in their religious beliefs because we, the state, are preparing them for the year 2000, when America will be part of a one world order global society and their children will not fit in."
Carrol Quigley (deceased Bill Clinton mentor, Professor of History at Georgetown University, member of the CFR): In his book "Hope & Tragedy", he stated: "The C.F.R. is the American Branch of a society which originated in England and believes national boundaries should be obliterated and one world role established." In other words, the CFR's activities are treasonous to the U.S. Constitution. They mean to put an end to the United States and make the U.S. part of their global government scheme. One only has to read their own publication, "Foreign Affairs Magazine", to get a first hand lesson in their treachery.
Rowan Gaither (President of the Ford Foundation in 1954): "We operate here under directives which emulate from the White House... The substance of the directives under which we operate is that we shall use our grant making power to alter life in the U.S. so that we can comfortably be merged with the Soviet Union."
James Paul Warburg (foreign agent of the Rothchild Dynasty, major player in the "Federal" Reserve Act scam): He stated on February 17, 1950 before the U.S. Senate: "We shall have world government, whether or not we like it. The only question is whether world government will be achieved by conquest or by consent."
Henry Kissinger (Secretary of State to Nixon): He said at a Bilderberger meeting, "Today, Americans would be outraged if U.N. forces entered Los Angeles to restore order. Tomorrow they will be grateful."
Warren Christopher (former Secretary of State under Clinton): He stated on January 25, 1993, on CNN: "We must get the NEW WORLD ORDER on track and bring the U.N. into its correct roll in regards to the U.S." The Washington Times reported on May 12, 1996: "Secretary of State Warren Christopher has declared protection of the "global environment" to be a fundamental principle of American foreign policy. In a recent speech at Stanford University, Mr. Christopher unveiled the "Environmental Initiative for the 21st century," an ambitious agenda of green diplomatic initiatives he intends to promote with renewed vigor throughout the world.
Mikhall Gorbachev: In November 1987, Mr. Gorbachev made the following statements to the Politburo "Gentlemen, comrades, do not be concerned about all you hear about Glasnost and Peretroika and democracy in the coming years. These are primarily for outward consumption. There will be no significant internal change within the Soviet Union, other than for cosmetic purposes. No one is immune to deception. If we think we are immune to deception, it is then that we are in fact being deceived. Let no man deceive himself. (I Cor. 8:2): For if a man think himself to be something, when he is nothing, he deceiveth himself. (Gal. 6:3). The prophet Obadiah said, The pride of thine heart hath deceived thee (Obad. 1:3). And Proverbs chapter 28 verse 26 says, He that trusteth in his own heart is a fool.
Jesus Christ warned us that many would come in his name and would deceive many: Take heed that no man deceive you. For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ [Greek christos meaning Anointed]; and shall deceive many. (Matt. 24:4,5). The Bible said, Let no man deceive you with vain words: (Eph. 5:6) and Let no man deceive himself. (I Cor. 3:18). The apostle Paul said, Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, a falling away from the sound doctrine of the pure preserve[d] holy scriptures, the faith which was once delivered unto the saints (II Thess. 2:3; II Tim. 3:15; 4:2-4; Psa. 12:6,7; Prov. 30:5,6; Jude 1:3). Paul said, Wherefore let him that thinketh he standeth take heed lest he fall. (I Cor. 10:12).
Sometimes deception is acute and can suddenly sweep people away like a flood (Psa. 90:3-6; Rev. 12:15). But more often than not deception is a gradual process which takes place over a period of days, weeks, months or even years. Man usually forms his opinions based on his own life experiences and on the information that is readily accessible to him. Unfortunately, most of the sources we rely on for truthful, complete and unbiased information are sources controlled by the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience (Eph. 2:2). Bernard Goldberg, a former CBS news correspondent of twenty-eight years, exposed some of the media bias in the news industry. In his 2002 book, Bias, Goldberg said that It's important to know, too, that there isn't a well-orchestrated, vast left-wing conspiracy in America's newsrooms. The bitter truth, as we'll see, is arguably worse. (Bias, A CBS Insider Exposes How the Media Distort the News, 2002, p. 4). It is not a conservative right-wing press verses a liberal left-wing press. It is not an issue of one race of people verses another race of people. It is not a Democrat verses Republican issue. It is a truth verses falsehood issue.
Manipulation of left and right in domestic USA, where Wall Street supports both Republicans and Democrats, as their Australian associates support Liberal and Labor, is duplicated in the international field where left and right political structures are artificially constructed and collapsed in the drive for a one-world synthesis. In fact, 'left' and 'right' are two controlled factions of the Illuminati and other secretive societies. True history tells a story contrary to what we've been taught to regard as truth. Global elitists like The Order in the USA, The Group in the UK, the Illuminati in Germany, and the Politburo in Russia, control most of the media, the politics, the entertainment industries, and the education systems of the West. Thanks to corrupt and inept modern-day scholars, most of what is presented as history is in fact propaganda designed to control the masses. Our Western history is as distorted, censored, and largely useless as that of Hitler's Germany, the Soviet Union or Communist China.
Some of the people involved in the release of information regarding the New World Order and New Age Religion conspiracies are actually the conspirators themselves. These subtly wicked people will allow only a certain amount of factual information to be released along with a fair amount of misinformation in order to make anyone willing to take such conspiracies seriously look foolish or just plain paranoid. They have successfully conditioned the public at large to view conspiracy researchers as simple-minded crackpots. A President of the United States of America had this to say about secretive organizations: The very word 'secrecy' is repugnant in a free and open society; and we are as a people inherently and historically opposed to secret societies, to secret oaths and to secret proceedings. We decided long ago that the dangers of excessive and unwarranted concealment of pertinent facts far outweighed the dangers which are cited to justify it. (John F. Kennedy, 27 April 1961). The Holy Bible speaks about numerous conspiracies. There are dozens of references to conspiracies and conspirators in the scriptures. There are many warnings in the Bible about the many deceivers and the strong delusion that will take place in the latter days prior to the return of the Lord Jesus Christ in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory and the end of the world. We would be wise to take heed to God's warnings! In his informative book, A History of the Holy Catholic Inquisition, Cyrus Mason wrote in 1835, They [Jesuits] regard our country [the U.S.A.] as an open field, where they may pursue their schemes without molestation, and with entire success; where they may profit by the toleration enjoyed under our mild and free institutions.
These sworn servants of a foreign potentate [the pope] have as a leader an avowed defender of the inquisition. These emissaries are true to their patrons and their mother church. They defend her infallibility, and of course, must maintain her supremacy, and promote (in a prudent way) all her doctrines and institutions. The September 2000 United Nations Millennium Declaration states some of the goals that the New World Order elitists hope to accomplish in the next few years. Section II, subsection 9, paragraph 4, states: We resolve therefore: To ensure the implementation, by States Parties, of treaties in areas such as arms control and disarmament and of international humanitarian law and human rights law, and call upon all States to consider signing and ratifying the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court. Why the Rome Statute? Because, as we shall see, all roads lead back to Rome. This is why our Presidents of late were not allowed, even if they wanted, to dissolve the United States of America's unholy union with the corrupt United Nations organization. Paragraph 10 states, To take concerted action to end illicit traffic in small arms and light weapons, especially by making arms transfers more transparent and supporting regional disarmament measures,... It is said that if you place a living frog in a pan of water and gradually heat the water, the frog will not perceive the temperature change and will remain in the pan, thus allowing himself to be scalded to death. Like the frog in a pan of hot water who's flesh has slowly become desensitized to his surroundings, Americans are being led astray and lulled into a state of complacency with the charms of "THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS", while our country is being methodically taken over by the secret and not so secret wicked rulers in high places (Eph. 6:12; 2 Tim. 4:1-4; Rev. 2:19-22; 17:1-6; 18:1-5). According to the National Crime Survey administered by the Bureau of the Census and the National Institute of Justice, it was found that only 12 percent of those who use a gun to resist assault are injured, as are 17 percent of those who use a gun to resist robbery. These percentages are 27 and 25 percent, respectively, if they passively comply with the felon's demands. Three times as many were injured if they used other means of resistance.

The judicial department cannot legislate; its duty is to interpret and apply the statutes (if constitutional) exactly as they stand. Even in

Neither can the courts amend statutes, however worthy the object to be effected or however evil the consequences to be averted. THE POLICE POWERThe police power of a state is the inherent sovereign authority under which its legislature may, within constitutional limits, prescribe laws and regulations to safeguard the safety, health, and morals of the people, prevent fraud and oppression, and promote the public convenience, prosperity, and general welfare. Allows for the strategic relocation of industries, services, government and other essential economic activities, and to rationalize the requirements for manpower, resources and production facilities.
1950 Defense Production Act
Gives the President sweeping powers over all aspects of the economy.
Act of August 29, 1916
Authorizes the Secretary of the Army, in time of war, to take possession of any transportation system for transporting troops, material, or any other purpose related to the emergency.
International Emergency Economic Powers Act
Enables the President to seize the property of a foreign country or national. These powers were transferred to FEMA in a sweeping consolidation in 1979.
Under the pretext of peace and safety America's leaders, at all levels of government, have violated their sacred oaths of office in failing to uphold and defend the United States Constitution, the supreme Law of the Land (U.S. Constitution, Article VI, paragraph II).The framers of our Constitution established a separation of powers to further protect the people from possible government abuse of power. In his Farewell Address in 1796, George Washington warned his nation against the usurpation of power by one department of government over another. Washington said, It is important, likewise, that the habits of thinking, in a free country, should inspire caution in those intrusted with its administration, to confine themselves within their respective constitutional spheres, avoiding, in the exercise of the power of one department, to encroach upon another. The spirit of encroachment tends to consolidate the powers of all the departments in one, and thus to create, whatever the form of government, a real despotism. A just estimate of that love of power, and proneness to abuse it, which predominates in the human heart, is sufficient to satisfy us of the truth of this position. The necessity of reciprocal checks, in the exercise of political power, by dividing and distributing it into different depositories, and constituting each the guardian of public weal against invasions by the others, has been evinced by experiments ancient and modern; some of them in our country and under our own eyes. George Washington also warned the people of the United States against the insidious wiles of foreign influence. Washington said, As avenues to foreign influence in innumerable ways, such attachments are particularly alarming to the truly enlightened and independent patriot. How many opportunities do they afford to tamper with domestic factions, to practice the arts of seduction, to mislead public opinion, to influence or awe the public councils? Such an attachment of a small or weak towards a great and powerful nation dooms the former to be the satellite of the latter. Washington believed that America should have as little political connection as possible with foreign nations. Washington said, The unity of government which constitutes you one people, is also now dear to you. It is justly so; for it is a main pillar in the edifice of your real independence;... But as it is easy to foresee, that from different causes and from different quarters, much pains will be taken, many artifices employed, to weaken in your minds the conviction of this truth; as this is the point in your political fortress against which the batteries of internal and external enemies will be most constantly and actively (though often covertly and insidiously) directed (A Biography of the Signers of the Declaration of Independence, L. Carroll Judson, 1839, pp. 315, 321, 322).
From the highest to the lowest levels of government, America's leaders have sold out their communities and their nation to the interests of foreign governments, world bankers and other foreign entities. Noah Webster defines treason as the offense of attempting to overthrow the government of the state to which the offender owes allegiance, or of betraying the state into the hands of a foreign power.... In the United States, treason is confined to the actual levying of war against the United States, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort. (American Dictionary of The English Language, 1828). Are the actions of our leaders not treasonous? Leaders who are willing to turn over U.S. sovereignty to foreign powers? Leaders who are willing to allow private U.S. citizens to be tried and convicted in the wicked tribunal of the World Court? Leaders who are passing unconstitutional hate crime legislation destroying our freedoms? Leaders who have hijacked the role of our Grand Jury and the courtroom jury and, henceforth, embarked on a mission of misinformation, distortions, and blatant lies to convince the American people, and the entire legal community, that it is the government that determines what is right and what is wrong... ? Will patriotic Americans sit idly while our elected and appointed officials destroy our Constitution? Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia wrote, Day by day, case by case, the Supreme Court is busy designing a Constitution for a country I do not recognize. Will we allow Congress to continue to pass unconstitutional laws, such as hate crime laws, and revert back to the dark ages when it was a criminal offense, punishable by excommunication or death, to even utter a word that was not in conformity with the ruling political/religious hierarchy? Patrick Henry said, I know of no way of judging the future but by the past. (A Biography of the Signers of the Declaration of Independence, 1839, p. 308). When Nero, Marcus Aurelius, Diocletion, the Saxons, the Danes, the Normans, Kings Henry the IV, V, and VIII, and Queen (Bloody) Mary, who were among the many Roman emperors, English monarchs and others that destroyed scriptures made from the time of the apostles, the charge against Christians and their scriptures was odio humani generis, Latin for hate crimes (lit. hatred of the human race). There is an agenda behind hate crime laws. Hate-crime legislation is an attempt at thought control. It is another tool in the arsenal of the ruling elite to divide and conquer the nations and peoples of the world. It is one more nail in the coffin to bury our freedoms freedom of thought, of conscience, of religion and of speech. Thanks to unconstitutional hate crime laws in our once free and enlightened nation, simple civil offenses are now considered felony crimes. A time of gross darkness is enveloping the earth (Jer. 13:16; Joel 2:2; Zeph. 1:15). Poet George Santayana said, Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it. (The Life of Reason, George Santayana, 1917, p. 284).
The nineteenth century Constitutional scholar and Supreme Court Justice Joseph Story said, This constitution of government, must perish, if there be not that vital spirit in the people which alone can nourish, sustain, and direct all its movements. It is in vain that statesmen shall form plans of government in which the beauty and harmony of a republic shall be embodied in visible order, shall be built upon solid substructions, and adorned by every useful ornament, if the inhabitants suffer the silent power of time to dilapidate its walls or crumble its massy supporters into dust, if the assaults from without are never resisted and the rottenness and mining from within are never guarded against. Who can preserve the rights and liberties of a people when they shall be abandoned by themselves? Who shall keep watch in the temple when the watchmen sleep at their post? Who shall call upon the people to redeem their possessions and revive the republic, when their own hands have deliberately and corruptly surrendered them to the oppressor and have built the prisons or dug the graves of their own friends ? This dark picture, it is to be hoped, will never be applicable to the republic of America. And yet it affords a warning, which, like all the lessons of past experience, we are not permitted to disregard.(Christian Life and Character of the Civil Institutions of the United States, 1864, p. 269)
Congregationalist minister and Harvard graduate, Jonathan Mayhew, is considered by many to be the prophet of the American Revolution. In 1750 Mayhew published a sermon entitled A Discourse Concerning Unlimited Submission and Non-Resistance to the Higher Powers in which he addressed the issue of obedience to a higher authority as required by Romans 13, stating, That no civil rulers are to be obeyed when they enjoin things that are inconsistent with the commands of God.... All commands running counter to the declared will of the Supreme Legislator of heaven and earth are null and void, and therefore disobedience to them is a duty, not a crime. Mayhew continued: From whence it follows, that as soon as the prince sets himself up above law, he loses the king in the tyrant. He does, to all intents and purposes, unking himself by acting out of and beyond that sphere which the constitution allows him to move in; and in such cases he has no more right to be obeyed than any inferior officer who acts beyond his commission.(A Discourse Concerning Unlimited Submission and Non-Resistance to the Higher Powers, Jonathan Mayhew, 1750, pp. 37, 38, 45)
In his famous speech at Richmond, Virginia, March 23, 1775, American patriot Patrick Henry said, This is no time for ceremony. The question before the house is one of awful moment to this country. For my own part, I consider it as nothing less than a question of freedom or slavery; and in proportion to the magnitude of the subject ought to be the freedom of the debate. It is only in this way that we can hope to arrive at truth, and fulfil the great responsibility which we hold to God and our country. Should I keep back my opinions at such a time, through fear of giving offence, I should consider myself as guilty of treason towards my country, and of an act of disloyalty toward the Majesty of Heaven, which I revere above all earthly kings.(American Patriotism: Speeches, Letters, and Other Papers, 1880, p. 108)
In 1851 The Family Christian Almanac stated: If truth be not diffused, error will be; if God and His Word are not known and received, the devil and his works will gain the ascendancy. (The Family Christian Almanac for the United States, 1851, p. 34). Daniel Webster stated that If we and our posterity shall be true to the Christian religion, —if we and they shall live always in the fear of God and shall respect his commandments,... —we may have the highest hopes of the future fortunes of our country;... But if we and our posterity neglect religious instruction and authority, violate the rules of eternal justice, trifle with the injunctions of morality, and recklessly destroy the political constitution which holds us together, no man can tell how sudden a catastrophe may overwhelm us that shall bury all our glory in profound obscurity.(Christian Life and Character of the Civil Institutions of the United States, 1864, p. 270).
Historian Charles A. Goodrich said in 1830, Thus it is evident that wickedness and infidelity are certainly, though sometimes slowly, punished by Him who is just, although merciful: and if he has hitherto graciously refrained from visiting the sins of this nation with the punishment which they deserve, let us not be vain of that exemption: let us not attribute it to any merit of our own; but rather let it afford an additional motive to our gratitude and praise; let us unfeignedly thank him for his tender mercies daily vouchsafed to us; (Book Of Martyrs, 1830, pp.66,67). The apostle Paul said, For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape. (I Thess. 5:3). The apostle Peter said, Save yourselves from this untoward generation. (Acts 2:40).
Our only hope is to uphold and defend the U. S. Constitution, the supreme Law of the Land, and repent of our sins and return to the God of the Bible, the only true God (John 17:3). Our U.S. house of representatives summed it up well in a resolve passed in 1854: Whereas, The people of these United States, from their earliest history to the present time, have been led by the hand of a kind Providence, and are indebted for the countless blessings of the past and present, and dependent for continued prosperity in the future upon Almighty God; and whereas the great vital and conservative element in our system is the belief of our people in the pure doctrines and divine truths of the gospel of Jesus Christ, it eminently becomes the representatives of a people so highly favored to acknowledge in the most public manner their reverence for God: (Christian Life and Character of The Civil Institutions of The United States, Benjamin F. Morris, 1864, pp. 327, 328). Daniel Webster said in a speech on June 3, 1834, God grants liberty only to those who love it, and are always ready to guard and defend it.
